1. Kyoritsu Maintenance also provides services as a hotel operator based on the sponsor support agreement between the Asset Manager.
2. The Asset Manager and we have entered into trademark license agreements with each Sponsor.
3. The Asset Manager has entered into sponsor support agreements separately with each Sponsor.
